Doug Smith, M.D., serves as the President of Envision Physician Services. Dr. Smith previously served as President of the company’s emergency medicine, hospitalist and critical care service lines. He became part of the organization in 2015 when his group, Scottsdale Emergency Associates, joined Envision Healthcare. Dr. Smith is board certified in emergency medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. His experience ranges from staff physician to human resources director to clinical leadership.

Gilbert Drozdow, M.D., MBA, serves as Chief Clinical Officer. Dr. Drozdow joined Sheridan Healthcare, Inc. in 1987 as an Associate Clinical Anesthesiologist and has been a Director since 1991. Since the company's major reorganization in 1994, he has served as Senior Vice President, and assumed the additional role of President of the Anesthesiology Division in 2008.

Dr. Drozdow holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Brandeis University and received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1983. Before completing his residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in cardiovascular anesthesiology at New York University Medical Center/Bellevue Hospital in 1987, he also completed a fellowship in pain management at the University of California Los Angeles Medical Center in 1986. Dr. Drozdow continued his education at the University Of Miami School Of Business Administration, earning a Masters in Business Administration in 1996. Dr. Drozdow continues to maintain his Board Certification in Anesthesiology.

Andrew Greenfield, M.D., serves as the president of anesthesia services for Envision Physician Services. He joined the company in 1994 as the chief of anesthesiology at Hollywood Medical Center. In 2006, he was promoted to chief of anesthesiology at Memorial Regional Hospital, where he led a 60-person department providing care at a nationally recognized tertiary care medical center. In 2009, Dr. Greenfield joined the clinical executive team as the vice president of anesthesia services, primarily responsible for operational oversight and business development of the national anesthesia practice. Dr. Greenfield graduated with his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and earned his medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in anesthesia at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine in 1992.

Dr. Adam Brown is a board-certified, practicing emergency physician and President of Emergency Medicine for Envision Healthcare. Prior to accepting the role as service line president, Dr. Brown served as Senior Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic. Serving in that role, Dr. Brown focused on operational and quality improvement, continued business development and strategy as well as implementing tactics for recruiting and retaining healthcare providers. More recently, he has focused on two major initiatives outside of the emergency department—global health and advocacy. This year, Dr. Brown spearheaded the development of Global Health Initiative for Envision Physician Services. During the Surprise Billing legislation debate, he has worked closely with Envision’s Government Affairs team, advocating for physicians and patients in the halls of Congress.
 
Dr. Brown’s began working with Envision in 2007, working as a regional float physician in the NE and Midwest, where he eventually held over 20 hospital privileges and 13 state licenses. His first administrative experience began as a recruitment champion with EmCare (now Envision) and assistant medical director and regional quality director in 2009 at Provena United Samaritans Medical Center (now Presence) in Danville, IL. In 2012, he moved to Washington, DC where he became site medical director at United Medical Center in Washington, DC in 2012. 2 years later Adam was named System Chief of EM at Sentara Northern Virginia and Sentara Lake Ridge and Regional Medical Director of Envision’s Sentara clients throughout Virginia and North Carolina.
 
Adam was born and raised in Wilmington, NC and earned his medical degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. He completed his residency in emergency medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA and his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he graduated with a leadership distinction. Currently, Dr. Brown on the leadership board for UNC’s Center of Business in Healthcare and a member of the business school’s Board of Advisors. In 2019, he won the Young Alumni Award for Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC.
 
Adam is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians where he has chaired subcommittees on diversity and inclusion, ACO development and value based care strategies in emergency medicine.
 
Adam is an avid traveler, photographer, loves politics, and plays the piano. He lives in Washington, DC.

Dean Dalili, M.D., MHCM has more than a decade of experience in physician practice management of Hospital Medicine. Prior to joining Envision Physician Services as President, Hospital Medicine, Dr. Dalili was Senior Vice President and Group Medical Officer for Schumacher Clinical Partners, with responsibility for operations management, clinical quality and physician leadership development. 

Dr. Dalili is a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine, completed his Internal Medicine training and held a faculty position at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He has served in the United State Senate as a Healthcare Policy fellow and received his Masters of Healthcare Management from the Harvard School of Public Health. 

Maria Rodriguez, M.D., serves as the president of radiology services for Envision Physician Services. She joined the company in 2006 after practicing as a member of Florida United Radiology for more than 20 years, where she was managing partner and medical director of multiple hospitals. Dr. Rodriguez received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Tulane University. She completed her residency in diagnostic radiology from Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, where she was chief resident, and also completed her fellowship in mammography as senior fellow. Dr. Rodriguez holds a healthcare sector MBA degree from the University of Miami School of Business. She is currently licensed in multiple states and is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Dr. Mathis Adams serves as the president of Envision Surgical Services. Prior to his current role, Dr. Adams was the regional medical director and executive vice president for the company’s surgical services division and  was recognized as the physician of the year for surgical services in 2014. Dr. Adams joined the company in 2010 as a trauma and acute care surgeon for a number of Texas hospitals before becoming trauma medical director. 

Dr. Adams has years of experience in private practice, serving as medical chief of staff, surgery department chair and a member of several peer review committees. He was a recognized trustee of the Texas Hospital Trustee Association in 2009. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine and is certified by the American Board of Surgery for general surgery. Dr. Adams is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma.

Meg Prado, M.D., MBA, FAAP, is the president of the Women’s and Children’s service line. Dr. Prado joined Envision Physician Services in 2001 and became vice president of the Women’s and Children’s service line in 2016. Dr. Prado received a Bachelor’s in Science from the University of Miami. She received her medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in General Pediatrics followed by a Neonatal-Perinatal fellowship at University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. She was the recipient of an NIH training grant and conducted a year of basic science research in the area of molecular biology in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at the University of Miami School of Medicine. Dr. Prado is board certified in General Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
